I Must Be An Adult

Here are a few reasons why:

I like sour cream on a lot of things
I refuse to eat donuts or sugared cereals at breakfast
I have to set aside time to sort through piles of mail
I spend leisure time cleaning/organizing my room
I cannot remember anything about my birthday this past year

Do you suspect that you are an adult?

And yes/no, sometimes I feel like an adult, sometimes I feel childish, and sometimes I feel like a child.

I suspect I am a college student most of the time.

Laedelas,
I know what you mean about feeling more (or less) mature in different ways. But by concluding that I must be an adult, I don't mean that I feel really mature, but only that I do (what seem to me to be) adultish things. Like me eating sour cream. I never understood sour cream when I was younger.

Dt,
Do you have a few reasons why?

I love sour cream! And find myself organizing things in my spare time as well.

D,

Welcome to adulthood -- or, at least, adultishness.

Hmmm...
#1-I have always liked sour cream (on food).
#2-When faced with "free-donuts or nothing-for-breakfast", I find that I still choose donuts over nothing (did so intermittently last spring).
#3-I don't have a superabudance of mail.
#4-I hate organizing, but I thought of this post this evening because I decided that it would be wisest to use some "free time" to organize.
#5-I remember my past birthday like it was yesterday.

0.5 out of 5---I suspect I have failed your adult-test.

Sterling,

Ah, perhaps you haven't exactly matched my adultish tendencies, but no doubt you could come up with a list of your own.
